<b>Description</b><br>
One of the quieter and more meditative works in the ISHISHI collection. Rather than filling the entire sheet, the composition forms a central organic cluster of geometric and mechanical interlocking forms - angular blocks, spheres, spirals and stepped shapes - that floats on white paper. This breathing room around the composition gives it a more contemplative quality than the horror vacui works.<br><br>
The palette is predominantly cool steel blue and blue-grey with accents of gold/yellow and warm ochre. Stylised clouds or atmospheric streaks in pale gold occupy the upper portion of the composition, giving a sense of height or weather. Architectural suggestions - pointed spires, stairways, arched doorways - are present but subsumed into the geometric cluster. Pin holes at top edge indicate prior display. Verso: "© 2026".
