Description
This is not a stock R33 and it was never meant to be. Someone has taken a 1995 GTS-T coupe and built it into a properly engineered, Haltech-managed street car with a comprehensive modification list that covers engine, management, suspension, wheels, body, and interior. It has then been finished with a full open-door respray in R34 GT-R Midnight Purple 3, which Vendor advises cost $26,000 in late 2025. The result is a cohesive build that presents well and reads like a serious investment.
The RB25DET has been refreshed and fitted with a complete Haltech Nexus 3S engine management system running a Haltech IC7 digital dash in the factory cluster location. The turbo setup runs an Aeroflow T3 manifold with an Aeroflow B5455.63 turbo, Turbosmart 50mm external wastegate, full 3-inch exhaust, and a GFB Force 3 boost controller mounted in the ashtray. Fuelling is handled by Bosch 980cc injectors, an Aeroflow 450LPH fuel pump, and an Aeroflow fuel pressure regulator. The intake side runs an Apexi filter on a custom intake plenum with custom throttle body. R35 coil pack conversion with PRP loom is fitted, and the car has been completely rewired. A custom twin-fitting catch can and Aeroflow carbon turbo blanket round out the engine bay.
The Midnight Purple 3 paint is fresh and the colour shift from deep purple to blue depending on the light is genuinely striking. Panel alignment is good across the body. The exterior wears an R33 GTR front bumper, GTR rear pods, Type M side skirts, and a Series 2 wing. Headlights and tail lights have been 2K painted to match. The factory sunroof is retained. D2 Racing height-adjustable coilovers set the stance, and Work Meister style wheels in 18x9.5 with black centres and polished deep-dish lips fill the arches.
Inside, the factory seats have been swapped for a pair of Bride Japan racing buckets in black suede with white contrast stitching. The Haltech IC7 digital dash replaces the factory cluster and displays everything from boost and AFR to coolant temp and oil pressure. A Kenwood head unit with Android Auto handles infotainment. SAAS pillar-mounted gauges (voltmeter and oil pressure/temperature) sit on the A-pillar. Dashboard is crack-free, the carpets are clean, and the door cards are intact. The rear 2+2 seats are original and in good condition. The battery has been relocated to the boot where the Haltech ECU is also mounted.
The Haltech management system, turbo setup, injectors, fuel system, complete rewire, and suspension represent tens of thousands more. For a buyer looking for a well-presented, properly built R33 street car with serious underpinnings, this is a lot of car for the money.
